The Barbara C. Harris Center works hard to provide opportunities for all groups to have the perfect stay with us. To help achieve this goal the Center books reservations on a rolling two year calendar. This calendar makes it easier for new groups to book retreats and for returning groups to try retreat periods that were previously unavailable to them.

The Barbara C. Harris Center is open year-round. To begin the reservation process or request a proposal, please download a Reservation Packet/Event Planning Guide, complete and sign it, and return to gail@bchcenter.org. Overnight lodging/meal packages include lodging and 3 meals per person, the exclusive use of one primary meeting space with basic audio/visual (overhead projector, etc.) , and a campfire circle. Day-use meeting/retreat packages are also available.
